He graduated with a Bachelor's in English Literature from Brandeis University in 2002 and earned his law degree from Tulane University in 2005.

Hugh lives in Phoenix, Arizona, where he enjoys golfing and supporting local entrepreneurship initiatives through mentorship programs.
